The service
AgentNative Data Exchange provides query access to official US public datasets over HTTPS API and MCP tools. Free catalog search and bounded three-row samples require no account. Paid queries require a Bearer token issued after checkout. Paid queries are capped per plan with rate limits; honor HTTP 429 and retry-after headers.
Plans and billing
$5 one-time pass: 250 queries over 30 days. $5 per month subscription: 2,000 queries per billing period, renewing monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
Acceptable use
Do not resell raw bulk access as a competing data feed, circumvent rate limits or entitlements, share Bearer tokens outside your organization, or use the service to misrepresent public records as private or official endorsement. Abuse leads to throttling or revocation.
Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions cancel anytime and remain active until the period ends. One-time passes are not refundable once queries are consumed. Refunds and payment disputes revoke access immediately.
Disclaimers and liability
Data served is official public information provided as-is; verify critical facts against cited sources. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
